Local tip
Excellent food, fantastic service, great wine selection. The ambiance was busy and bustling, there were endless queues at the door all night, clearly an indication of the quality of food and service.

Originally started by four brothers in 1977, Turn 'n Tender has developed into one of the masters of Johannesburg steakhouses. With a simple philosophy of making everyone happy through good food and friendly service, it will be hard to leave this restaurant disappointed.

Dedicated to providing honest food in a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, Turn 'n Tender has created a great menu which is both delicious and affordable. The family friendly venue offers dishes which are suitable for all ages and especially whets the appetite for those passionate about good steak. The restaurant uses fine ingredients from all over South Africa while also creating some fantastic Argentinean style dishes for those who are after something a little bit different.

Turn 'n Tenders Thirst Bar is the perfect place to find something to wash down the delicious food, whether it be something soft or some of South Africa's great wines and beers.

For great cheap deals which the restaurant offers, be sure to check their website to see how you can save money on some great dishes.
