Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up from Mpumalanga Airport or hotel, transfer to Protea Hotel (4-star). Depending on arrival time, either rest or enjoy a game drive.
Day 2: Early pick up at 7:00 and travel to Hazyview. Check in at Protea Hotel and later take a 3-hour sunset game drive.
Day 3: Depart at 5:00 AM for a full-day (8 hours) safari in Kruger National Park aiming to spot the Big 5. Return to the hotel by 16:00.
Day 4: After breakfast, depart at 9:00 for a relaxed drive to Johannesburg. Overnight at Sky Hotel Sandton or similar.
Day 5: Start at 9:00 with a full-day tour of Pretoria, Soweto, and the Apartheid Museum. Visit the Voortrekker Monument, Union Buildings, Church Square, Paul Kruger House Museum, Nelson Mandela House on Vilakazi Street, and the Hector Pieterson Museum. Return to the Protea Hotel.
Day 6: At 8:00, head to Sterkfontein Caves and spend about two hours there. Then visit Lesedi Cultural Village for a two-hour cultural tour of South African tribes. Finish at Maropeng Visitor Centre before returning to the hotel.
Day 7: After breakfast, prepare for departure. Leave at 8:00 for transfer to Mpumalanga Airport.
