After convenient pickup from selected areas in Johannesburg, travel to a beautiful private game reserve where your adventure begins. Upon arrival, meet your experienced riding guide, receive a comprehensive safety briefing, and be matched with a suitable horse according to your riding experience.
Set off on a leisurely horseback ride through the reserve, following scenic trails across open grasslands and bushveld. Riding on horseback allows you to experience nature quietly, offering an authentic and immersive safari unlike traditional vehicle game drives.
Along the way, keep an eye out for a variety of free-roaming wildlife, which may include giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelope species, ostriches, and many bird species.
