Description
Your day begins with pickup at 8:30 AM from 'My Sandton City Stop', a location within 50 km of Sandton City, or Johannesburg International Airport (OR Tambo) in a branded Toyota Fortuner. Transport to Hartbeespoort cableway takes approximately one hour, depending on traffic.
Arrive at the Harties Cableway by 9:30 AM for your aerial cableway experience. Enjoy a short ride to the mountain top followed by 90 minutes of free time to explore. On top, you can visit two restaurants, 360 Degree Bistro and Pizza Shack, or relax at the Look Out Deck Bar (drinks not included). The area offers panoramic views of the Magaliesberg mountain range and Hartbeespoort Dam.
At 11:00 AM, return to the base and travel approximately one hour to the Indaba Hotel Tasting Room for your wine tasting session.
From 12:00 PM, taste selected Cape wines paired with a cheese platter for two. The tasting takes place in the Tasting Room, designed to resemble an Old Dutch wine farmhouse and surrounded by leafy gardens. Knowledgeable staff guide you through the wine selection, and bottles are available for purchase. You have 90 minutes to enjoy this experience.
The tour concludes with transportation back to your original pickup point, arriving around 1:30 PM.
