Description
Pretoria, South Africa’s administrative capital, is renowned for its jacaranda-lined streets and distinctive architecture. Key historical sites include the Paul Kruger House, built in 1884, home to the former president of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Republiek and prominent figure in the Transvaal War against Britain (1889-1891).
The Voortrekker Monument, located in a nature reserve, commemorates South Africa’s history and the Afrikaner heritage.
