Tour Description

Begin your journey in Cape Town, then travel to Betty’s Bay for African penguin viewing and whale watching in Hermanus. Enjoy wine tasting at Benguela Cove followed by a visit to Cape Agulhas for your first overnight stay.

On day two, explore Swellendam and experience a safari at Botlierskop Game Reserve, home to elephants, lions, buffalo, rhinos, and more. Spend the night in Mossel Bay.

Continue along the Garden Route visiting Wilderness and the Knysna Heads. Take a sunset cruise on Knysna Lagoon and stay overnight in Knysna.

Day four offers a hike at Robberg Nature Reserve and relaxation on Plettenberg Bay’s beaches. On day five, adrenaline seekers can attempt a bungee jump at Bloukrans Bridge (own expense), then tour Port Elizabeth.

The tour proceeds along the coast with stops in Port Alfred and East London, including an overnight stay in East London.

Explore the Wild Coast region with visits to Mvezo, Nelson Mandela’s birthplace, the Mthatha Museum, and an overnight in Mthatha.
