Description

Begin your experience at the historic Soweto Country Club in Pimville, a course established in 1974 that has played an important role in the development of golf in Soweto. Known locally as a place where passion for the game grew despite many challenges, the club remains a proud part of the community and today welcomes golfers from around the world. Start the experience at the halfway house with a warm Soweto welcome, a light breakfast, and refreshments while getting to know each other. As locals say in South Africa, 'Sharp sharp, let's hit the fairways!' Choose between 9 or 18 holes, depending on your preference. Whether you're an experienced golfer or trying the game for the first time, this experience is designed to be relaxed, social, and enjoyable. A caddy will accompany you throughout the round, while a dedicated content creator captures photos and videos so you can take your memories home. After your round, head to the iconic Vilakazi Street, one of Soweto's most famous destinations. Wrap up the day over lunch or supper at a local restaurant, enjoying delicious food and soaking in the atmosphere of this historic street. This is more than a golf outing — it's a chance to experience Soweto from the fairways to the heart of the township. You'll leave with new memories, beautiful content, and perhaps a few local words too: Aweh – Hello / Great / Nice one Sharp Sharp – All good / Ready to go Kasi – Township Lekker – Excellent / Enjoyable
