Day 1: Johannesburg – North West for a Private Game Safari and also a tour of Hartbeespoort Dams Start your adventure with a morning departure from Johannesburg. Travel through the scenic countryside towards North West. Upon arrival, embark on an exciting game safari. Keep a lookout for a variety of African wildlife, including wildebeest, warthog, antelope, kudu, rhino, giraffe, impala, lions, and many other species. After the safari, continue your journey towards Harbeespoort Dams, one of the region’s beautiful natural attractions. Enjoy a relaxing tour, taking in the tranquil scenery and surrounding landscapes. After the dam excursion, check in at your hotel or lodge near the dams and enjoy an overnight stay. Day 2: Pilanesberg Game Reserve – afternoon return to Johannesburg After breakfast, depart from Hartbeespoort Dams and travel towards Pilanesberg Game Reserve for another exciting safari experience. During the game drive, look out for Africa’s Big Five — rhino, buffalo, elephant, lion and leopard — as well as a wide variety of other wildlife, including warthog, baboon, giraffe, kudu, zebra, antelope, and many more. After the safari, begin the journey back to Johannesburg in the afternoon, arriving later in the day and concluding your 2-day wildlife adventure.
