Description
Day 1 - Arrival: Arrive at O.R. Tambo International Airport where a shuttle driver will meet you. You will be transferred to the Radisson Blu 4-Star Hotel to rest before your tour begins.
Day 2 - History and Culture Tour: Visit Pretoria, Soweto, and the Apartheid Museum. Explore the Voortrekker Monument, Paul Kruger House Museum, Church Square, and Union Buildings. In Soweto, visit Nelson Mandela House, Vilakazi Street, and Hector Pieterson Museum. Return to your hotel in the evening.
Day 3 - Cradle of Humankind and Lesedi Cultural Village: Depart at 8:00 am and spend approximately two hours exploring Sterkfontein Caves. Continue to Lesedi Cultural Village for a two-hour cultural tour to learn about South Africa’s tribes and traditions. Visit Maropeng Visitor Centre before returning to the hotel.
Day 4 - Travel to Hazyview and Afternoon Safari: Depart at 7:00 am for Mpumalanga province. Check in at Protea Hotel in Hazyview. Embark on a four-hour afternoon safari in Kruger National Park to see wildlife, including the Big 5. Return to the hotel after the safari.
Day 5 - Full-Day Kruger National Park Safari: Leave the hotel at 5:00 am to start an eight-hour game drive from 6:00 am. Search for the Big 5 and other wildlife. Return to Protea Hotel in the late afternoon.
Day 6 - Departure: After breakfast, depart Hazyview at 10:00 am and return to Johannesburg by road. Drop-off will be at O.R. Tambo International Airport.
