DAY 1: Johannesburg to Kruger NP (app 442 kms) Travel from Johannesburg in an air-conditioned tour vehicle to the Game Reserve which falls within the Greater Kruger. Settle into your chalet and relax until it’s time to depart late afternoon for a 3-hour sunset game drive in the reserve. Enjoy a starlit dinner at Marula Tree Boma Overnight in a Kruger Park Hotel. Includes: Dinner DAY 2: Kruger Safaris Early morning wake-up for hot beverages and rusks before setting off to a remote corner of Balule Game Reserve for a 4-hour guided bush walk along the Olifants River with an armed ranger. Enjoy the sights and sounds of a real bushveld experience while keeping a keen eye on the thick bush for the Big Five and an abundance of antelope, predators and indigenous birds. Return to Tremisana Game Lodge for a late breakfast and refreshments; relax around the lodge until it’s time to depart for the late-afternoon game drive. Overnight in Kruger Park Hotel Includes: Breakfast, lunch & dinner DAY 3: Kruger Safaris Wake up early for hot beverages and rusks and then it’s time to depart for a full-day safari tour in the Kruger National Park. We enter via Orpen Gate and spend the day exploring the upper south and central region. Lunch break at a popular Kruger Park rest camp (your own cost). Return to your lodge late afternoon. Overnight in Kruger Park Hotel Includes: Breakfast, lunch & dinner DAY 4: Panorama Route Enjoy a hearty breakfast before departing mid-morning for the return journey to Johannesburg, traveling via the famous Panorama Route. By special arrangement, guests can be collected and dropped-off from their hotel in Johannesburg or Pretoria (broad city precinct). Please pre-book this with your our representative. Please note If you plan to fly out of OR Tambo International Airport on the last day of the safari tour, we suggest reserving a flight that departs no earlier than 19h30 and an international flight that departs no earlier than 21h00.
