Description

Day 1: Arrival and Sunset Drive Depart from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg via shuttle to Ivory Moon Lodge in Hoedspruit. (Flights from Johannesburg or Cape Town can be arranged at extra cost—let us know in advance.) Upon arrival, savor a delicious lunch, check into your luxurious suite, and head out for a sunset drive in Blue Canyon Reserve, complete with sundowners and snacks. Return to the lodge for dinner. Day 2: Full-Day Kruger Safari Set off early for a full-day adventure in Kruger National Park’s Orpen Satara region, famous for its lion prides and Big 5 encounters (bottled water and packed breakfast included). Return to the lodge in the afternoon for a relaxing evening and dinner. Day 3: Morning Bushwalk or Sunrise Safari and Departure Start with a guided bushwalk in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, getting up close to plains game and discovering the bush’s intricate details with expert insights. (Opt for a sunrise safari in a Big 5 private reserve instead, at additional cost—arrange in advance.) Return for a final breakfast on the viewing deck, then check out for the shuttle back to OR Tambo. (Flights back can be organized at extra cost.)
