Boulders Superior Bush Lodge
Boulders Bush Lodge, situated approximately 25km south of Mopani Main Camp, is embedded in the rocky outcrops found in the north of the Kruger National Park. The majestic rocks form a backdrop to the units that are built on stilts, with wooden boardwalks connecting the bedrooms to the communal area. The viewing deck affords guests an unhindered view of the Mopani veld plains, surrounding a private waterhole. Boulders can only be booked by groups wanting to occupy the whole camp.
Common animals in the area: elephant, buffalo, zebra, giraffe, tawny eagle and giant eagle owl.
If you are lucky you may see: lion, although their population levels are not particularly high in the area.
Boulders, because of its position against the hill - it stands on stilts against the rocks - has its rooms placed closely together, without losing their privacy, making it suitable for groups made up of close families and friends that want to experience nature's tranquillity together. Being a Bushveld Lodge, the accommodation has all facilities and is very comfortable. Check Boulders accommodation types, pricing and availability, and then make your online bookings using the SAN Parks booking engine.
